FAQ

1. Why do skins show the "Error" status when withdrawing?

This status means that the seller on the MarketTM marketplace has cancelled the delivery or was unable to transfer the item to you.

Don't worry: in this case, the coins are automatically returned to your balance within 60 minutes, and in rare situations — within up to 24 hours.

2. What does the "Sending" status mean?

When you see the "Sending" status, it means that the seller from MarketTM is already supposed to send you the trade offer.

The waiting period is up to 60 minutes. If the item is still not delivered, the coins are usually returned instantly, and in rare cases — within up to 24 hours.

3. Why was my previously received CS2 item cancelled ("Trade Protection")?

After receiving a CS2 item, it gets the "Trade Protected" status for 7 days.

During this period:

  • it cannot be sold, traded, or modified,

  • but you can freely use it in the game.

According to Steam rules, the sender can cancel the trade within these 7 days.

If this happens, the refund of coins to your balance may take up to 7 days — this is the standard policy of the marketplace.

4. I accidentally withdrew the wrong skin and don't want to accept it. What to do?

It’s simple: you can either decline the exchange or manually cancel the trade in Steam.

Attention! If you cancel the exchange within 7 days, a 30% fee will be withheld (Section 3 “Trade Protection”).

After cancellation, the coins are automatically returned to your balance:

— usually within 60 minutes;
— up to 24 hours maximum.

5. How does skin withdrawal work on your website?

We work through the official API of the MarketTM marketplace.

Our website does not use its own bots — all item deliveries are handled exclusively by MarketTM sellers.
We act as an intermediary: you request a withdrawal → the sellers send you the skin → the transaction status is updated automatically.
